Well I have been busy as ever, getting ready for my first Arts and Crafts Fair!  And now it's here.  I am very excited, and though I don't know what to expect, I hope to see all my Tes and Bubbi fans!  The Fair is next weekend, in the Taos Convention Center.  I will be in Rio Grande Hall, in booth #9.  Come stop by to say hi, or maybe even do a little holiday shopping...

Fairy Light Night Lights

I have just finished the first round of my newest project; Fairy Light Night Lights.  These were inspired by a solar lantern my mom used as a night light for my daughter on our last visit.  I am really excited about them.  They are made from recycled tin cans which I punch designs into, prime and paint.  I am selling them with a LED light which runs on 3 AAA batteries and turns on easily by pressing, my daughter turned hers on tonight herself before she got in bed.  The night lights cast a beautiful array of soft light on the walls and ceiling, adding magic to bedtime.  I hope to have a large selection of designs and colors soon!

New Work Space

I am very excited to be setting up a workspace for myself in our hallway.  It is definitely a work in progress but it is a designated space all the same.  I work better and get more done when I have a spot just for painting.  Here are some pictures of how it's looking so far.  I will keep posting as it evolves.

Busy Bee

I am back to work in my "studio" which is really the end of my dining table.  I have been working on several new projects, both knitted and painted.  I've been doing some canvas wall art, a new endeavor for me, and I'm liking it so far.  Here is a sample of what I've been up to.

Leaf Hat (I am still stitching on the leaves)

Merging my "companies"

I have been knitting and painting for years.  Many of you probably know I used to sell all my baby and children hats under the name "Babies in Bloom" and I have been selling my signs under the name "Tes and Bubbi."  I have decided to merge the two and call everything "Tes and Bubbi."  I am posting everything on this blog and on my Facebook page www.facebook.com/TesandBubbi.  I will post here about upcoming shows and projects that I am working on so stay tuned!
